Our Simple 30-Day Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ve made our return process simple and straightforward.
Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition you received it. All returns must be in their original, complete packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that show clear signs of use, damage, or wear and tear.
- Products that are missing original parts or packaging.
- Downloadable software or digital products.
How to Start a Return
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, simply contact our support team at support@icydunex.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- Wait for Confirmation: Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Ship the Item: You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Note: Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm that we have the item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on our eligibility criteria.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If the refund is not posted after 10 business days, please contact us at support@icydunex.com.
Sale Items: Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us at support@icydunex.com.
